Department of Army Civilian- Fort Rucker, Al: (Jan 2016-Present) 40 hour weeks
Quality Assurance Specialist (Aircraft) GS-1910-9: Aviation Center Logistics Command (ACLC) conducts all quality
assurance matters in aviation/ground maintenance related policies and procedures. Executes a quality assurance
surveillance program to ensure the quality of the contract aircraft maintenance procedures and government owned
contractor operated equipment and facilities are sustained. Performs quality assurance inspections of standard and
inspections on standard Army rotary wing aircraft to ensure contractor’s processes, repairs and maintenance of rotary
wing aircraft systems are in accordance with contract and regulatory specifications. Examines total aircraft and
equipment items, components and accessories for acceptability and suitability of repairs, replacements, modification,
installation, applications and operations. Performs technical inspections of assemblies and components of aircraft to
assure propriety of overhaul, repair, maintenance, compatibility and adequacy of function. Observe shop repairs,
operational tests and inspection functions for approved methods, standards and compliance. Review aircraft operation,
maintenance, supply records and reports for occurrences and trends of malfunctions, maintenance and repairs,
inefficiencies of supply/repair actions, and adequacy of record keeping. Initiates assurance reports of contractor
procedural violations, inadequate maintenance and supply actions, unacceptable work methods, and housekeeping
infractions. Gathers, assembles, and reports information and statistics concerning occurrences and circumstances of
specific actions and situations requiring corrections and recommendations for improvements in methods, processes,
procedures, and or material to resolve maintenance repair and maintenance procedures. Point of contact between the
maintenance contractor and the internal customer for stage and airfield operations. Facilitates aircraft scheduling
between the contractor and government flight operations in accordance with all applicable directives. Applies contractual
requirements and ACLC policy to resolve disputes for normal and specified aircraft maintenance procedures, Provides
policy guidance governing Army aircraft maintenance management to aircraft maintenance contractor, internal
management, and external organizations. Security Clearance: Secret. Completed Level 1 DAWIA certification course/
training. In progress for Level II DAWIA certification.
Bell Helicopter- Ozark, Al: (Mar 2013 – July 2015) 50 hour weeks
Quality Assurance Supervisor/ Chief Inspector: Aircraft models include UH-1 Huey II (PT6-3B), TH-1H (T53-L-703/
-13B), AH-1F (T53-L-703), 407/444 Fire Scout (RR 250-C47), 206/TH-67 (RR 250-C20J), 407GX (250-C47B) & 412EP
(PT6T-3DF) in the below descriptions. All regulatory agencies (Bell, FAA, OSHA, AS9100 and DCMA 8210.1 Rev C.)
requirements are followed. Computer programs used in all classifications: Share point, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro,
TEDS (Training and Education Development System), Microsoft Lync, Cisco VPN, Cost Point, Concur, RADAR, and
other office equipment. Review/ Update quality inspection procedures and processes for adequacy and effectiveness.
Evaluate the Quality Management System for negative trends, defects or unsatisfactory processes in the quality
program. Participate in the Corrective Action Review Board and recommend corrections to found deficiencies by
reviewing reports, records and data to show statistical support for possible corrections. Participate in Safety Review
Boards and prepare FAA documents for safety issues. Review open bids for contracts to ensure the quality aspects were
addressed as well as cost, tools, and manpower being accurate and report to program manager with results. Monitor and
ensure quality assurance of final modifications of newly manufactured aircraft to customer specifications and initiate/
complete final FAA Airworthiness Certifications before delivery. Aircraft documentation on commercial records, Army
2408 series, 365 series forms, Air Force 781 series and AWBS 10.0 (thru Rev 010) programs. Quality Control
Inspector: (continuous) Inspect tasks, components/ aircraft during production, operations, flight and inspection
processes. Create defect reports (NCR/MRB), FOD surveillance reports, and request engineering support for repairs.
Initial, in-process, final inspections on components and airframes. Conduct/ complete weight and balance handbooks/
update files in “AWBS” program, commercial repairs, modifications, maintenance and return to service inspections.
Manage AWBS program for Bell Ozark Weight and Balance. Work Instruction/ MWR process auditor. Quality
Supervisor: (27 months) (including above): Manage quality requirements during production. Review, update, and
create documents to facilitate processes for maintenance. Evaluate quality/inspection systems; write-up Corrective
Action Reports (CAR) for deficiencies found and follow up until final acceptance from DCMA. Create, monitor and
execute a training program for the quality department inspectors to ensure proficiency on inspections and procedures.
Conduct/ Complete weight and balance program, handbooks and update reports on Commercial, Huey II, and TH-1H

and manage/operate company AWBS program approved by NAVAIR, Air Force and DCMA. Create, process, research
and approve aircraft repairs/ engineer deviations for the Huey II and 407/444 Fire Scout aircraft. Manage time cards and
indirect time for employees. FAA Repair Station Chief Inspector: (15 months) (including above): Manage all stages of
the Repair Station IAW FAA/ Repair Station Manual. Monitor/ coordinate quality support for commercial customization
(alterations & modifications) on 407GX and 412EP helicopters. Complete form 337 for the major custom/ modification
projects. Monitor/ audit all commercial log book entries for final airworthiness approval. Monitor and ensure quality
assurance of final modifications of newly manufactured aircraft to customer specifications and initiate/ complete final FAA
Airworthiness Certifications before delivery. Technical Training Specialist/ FOD Coordinator: (19 months) (including
above): Audit, manage and operate the TEDS program. Create/ develop, assign, monitor, audit and complete the training
plan, matrix, courses, and program. Created/ Taught technical courses: weight and balance, flight line operations,
electrical fundamentals, human factors, EH&S, and GD&T courses, and more. Develop technical and general training for
instructor led and computer based trainings, including written exams, hands-on practical exams. Conduct aircraft
maintenance training for new helicopter owners delivering from Ozark. Manage/ Operate the FOD program and NCR
Program on site: reports, trending, charting, council meetings, annual reviews and participated in the company
Corrective Action Board (CAB) process.
Highlights:
• Created a digital training transcript for employees on-site resulting in no required training expirations in 18 month.
• Managed internal and external teams for Quality Assurance Audits (Bell, DCMA, NavAir, Air Force, etc). DCMA
announced “Honorable Mention for Outstanding Performance” 2014 annual AOI audit.
Army Fleet Support, Ft. Rucker, Al 36322: Supervisor (May 2005 – Mar 2013) 55 hour weeks
Engine back shop (4+yrs): conduct operations in the Rolls Royce 250-C20J turbine engines back shop and manage
production of phase aircraft for the TH-67 (206) project. managed 188 engines, 18 spare turbines, 4 gearboxes, 12
compressors and numerous fuel system components resulting in no items lost/ all serviceable. Worked with engine test
cell for engine operations. Scheduled priorities for unscheduled faults on TH-67(206) aircraft and/or engines, manage/
coordinate with flight line mechanics & test flight to meet the flight requirements. Unscheduled Structural / Avionics
(1+ yr), Maintenance Supervisor / Modification (3+ yrs) Unscheduled structural and avionics support in the FAA
Repair Station Fleet for modifications and repairs to the Bell 206 Creek. Supervisor in charge of numerous structural
repairs to the aging fleet. Prime member of team to design new repairs for airframe with Bell engineers and Rolls Royce
engineers to correct new damage not experienced before on this airframe. Coordinated changes in equipment and safety
procedures for avionics equipment that was outdated and unsafe. Train workforce on & use Maximo supply program to
track ordered aircraft parts, availability on hand and manage aircraft work orders. Supervisor Duties: Provide technical
guidance for training and trouble-shooting of personnel performing service, maintenance, and repair operations at work
facilities for compliance with directives, technical manuals, OEM drawings, work standards, safety procedures,
operational policies and the FAA regulations. Research & collect technical data, drawings/ manufacturer letters to
determine inspection criteria, implement inspection plan, major & minor repairs and unscheduled maintenance. Conduct
technical guidance, evaluations and return to service to the modification/ maintenance performed on aircraft/
subsystems, components, operations and facility capabilities for compliance with directives, technical manuals, work
standards, safety procedures, and operational policies. At completion of modifications/ major repairs- executed FAA
Form 337, completed the appropriate weight and balance processes, handbooks, updates manually and by Lockheed
AWBS program on 206/TH-67 aircraft. Participated in Lockheed’s AWBS 2015 symposium to test newest revision of the
product. Conduct weight and balance processes, 365 series forms and commercial handbooks for TH-67(206) aircraft.
Work closely with ACLC to obtain knowledge of contractual, manufacturer, quality assurance, and union requirements to
minimize non-compliance. Complete FAA log books, records and other aircraft forms (including military 2408 series and
manage DD form 365 series forms). Work with internal and external customers in order to maintain a high level of
cooperation and service (to include the military ACLC). Maintain security clearance. Participate in LEAN initiatives in the
company. Work within the requirements in AS9110A, ISO14001 & FAA regulations. Use ELAS (Enhanced Logbook
Automation Program) for aircraft info.

L-712 turbine engines and the T-62T-40-1 Turbomach APU. Conduct/ complete weight and balance processes,
handbooks and updates manually on 365 series forms for AH/MH-6, MH-60 airframes. Complete removal/ installation of
engines to aircraft, borescope inspections, visual inspections and troubleshooting completed on aircraft/ in shop. On
flight line: run-ups, rigging, troubleshooting and repairs. Complete hourly phase inspections on aircraft/engines, removal/
install of QCA (Quick Change Assemblies) and on aircraft maintenance. Train quality control inspectors on specific
engine inspections/ repairs. Inspect/correct FAA regulated logbooks. Worked IAW ISO 9100 & 9001. Received and
maintained a Secret Security Clearance. Facilitate the AVA System (Acft track/bal and Vib) equipment training from Red

US Army, United States: Aircraft Mechanic (July 1988 – Dec 1990) as needed
Completed the Army training, learning basic safety skills, discipline, responsibility, military ethics, chemical survival and
combat skills. Advanced Training, as an aircraft mechanic on OH-58, UH-1, UH-60, AH-1, AH-64 and CH-47. Used
hand, shop and special tools. Proper use of Army logbooks and Work Order systems. Worked as an aircraft mechanic
and Powertrain Mechanic. Repair, replace, install, remove and troubleshoot aircraft parts. Parts consisted of: main
