24. He prefers to keep his body as black lightning and his circular head
human, like a Ninja. He can create storms with lightning coming out of
any part of his body. He has black eyes and an orange face, but there is a
black cloth covering his mouth, nose and forehead! His arms and legs are
yellow lightning that come out of his body, and his arms have three
lightning fingers. Electricity Ninja is holding a lightning sword in his hand
on the right.
