As an O&M Tech I and II, I have trained multiple Tech I’s and Tech II’s. My leadership expertise was
recognized early by management and I moved into the Tech II position less than 11 months after my
hire date. As an O&M Tech II, I have continually been put into leadership roles and have been placed in
a lead position in multiple markets. I have been responsible for the development of several coworkers
as they transition and establish themselves in their new role. I have been responsible for being the
Vertical Limit “face” in multiple markets. My roles as an O&M Tech II include overseeing the day to day
operation of my crew. Duties include troubleshooting telecommunication sites that are
underperforming, installing new equipment, and completing punch list items for new sites. All of these
tasks are performed while overseeing the safety of all crew members while working on ground and at
heights. I frequently communicate with the Vertical Limit office staff along with our customers. I am
responsible for summarizing our daily work logs by documenting our work completed in write ups,
picture documentation, and site testing results. I have extensive experience in performing work for
AT&T (multiple contractors), Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and Sprint.

As the manager at Snap Fitness my duties included the day to day operations and the long term
development of two gyms. I managed multiple employees at both locations to ensure that both gyms
were clean, welcoming, and fully operational. I handled all sales within both gyms. I strived to ensure
that all gym members were benefitting at the fullest from their membership at the gyms.
As a personal trainer I was responsible for providing efficient and safe exercise programs for my clients.
I was responsible for all sales within the Personal Training department.
