two structures of empty and heavy load.

”-shaped sill. And the car adopts three-axle (class E) welding frame type
bogie, air brake system with 120 type control valve, hand brake, 17 type
top operation coupler and MT-2 type draft gear.
This special car utilized for very heavy goods
transportation such as large-size transformer, generator,
and etc. is suitable for operating on China standard gauge
railway. It is mainly comprised of two schnable arms, two
big underframe, two small underframe, two sets of lateral
displacement devices, hydraulic system, bogie, brake
equipments, coupler and draft gear, etc. The schnabel arm
is fabricated from side sills and transverse beams. And
the car adopts four-axle (class E) welding frame type
bogie, air brake system with GK type tee valve, worm
wheel and worm type hand brake, 13 type top operation
coupler and No. 2 draft gear.

It shall meet the requirements of GB146.1-83 “Outline Gauge of Standard Gauge Railway Vehicles” under coupled
operating; and meet the requirements of outline gauge for high-speed railway under operating.
This machine is used to erect T-shaped concrete bridge of various girder
spans less than 32m (speed is 200km/h) and also lay 25m track panel (20t).
It is comprised of one main working machine, one auxiliary machine and
two reverse gantry. It adopts hydraulic motor drive, and the reverse gantry
is equipped with generator; leading bogie of the main working machine is
six-axle, and trailing bogie is four-axle.
