Located in the lovely town of Blarney, which is close to the city of Cork, Blarney Castle is
best known for being home to the Blarney Stone. A supposed magic stone, it is said that
once you kiss it, you will be granted the gift of eloquence. People come from all over the
world to walk the winding, narrow stairs that lead to this stone. A guard and tour guide will
help you lean backwards and kiss the stone. And even if you’re plenty eloquent already and
don’t feel up to kissing a stone, you can still marvel at the beautiful castle grounds and
gardens.
