ONX proposed outline
We’re almost ready to submit our application to be designated by Lewisham Council. We’ve spoken to lots of people at events, online and through the local Ward Assemblies and this is the outline we feel best represents what people see as New Cross. However the Council will also do their own consultation during which everyone will be welcome to submit any comments officially. Just a reminder on what a neighbourhood outline means. The policies in a Neighbourhood Plan will apply within this boundary, and everyone living inside it will be able to vote on adopting the plan. However we will make sure that anyone outside this area who cares about New Cross and wants to get involved can still take part in creating a Neighbourhood Plan and any other projects we undertake to improve OUR area for the people living here.
