 As Director – Ammunition Marketing, I held senior organizational responsibility,
including P&L, for the Ammunition Business. Here I provided Leadership and Vision to
this worldwide Strategic Business Unit of Remington Arms Company, Inc.
Remington is a manufacturer and marketer of lifestyle, consumer products
 Using a combination of new pricing policies and capitalizing on a surge in market
demand, I Guided the Business to unprecedented growth and prosperity in 2009/2010,
reaching sales in excess of $350 million and achieving record earnings.
 In 2009, led the integrated Business Team in the development and implementation of a
comprehensive three year Strategic Plan including Market Assessments, Competitive
Analyses, innovative New Product Development and effective New Product Launch and
Communication Plans.

o Selected to help design and implement a corporate Inventory Control System and
repair a systemic problem crippling production planning and cash flow

o Texas and Louisiana sales territory – led all U.S. Sales Representatives in a
strategic national effort to ‘direct-sell’ sporting goods dealers
o Developed and repaired personal relationships between valued Customers and the

based system to address a product supply and shipment crisis

o Redesigned trade show booth product display with 1100 Award Winning square
feet of space showcasing product, messaging and application unlike anything
