"Miguel" came in today with concern about a large bump on the left upper eyelid. While not extremely painful, it does appear to be infected. Instead of injecting lidocaine directly into the eyelid (ouch!), we've opted to apply 2% viscous lidocaine directly onto the skin for local effect. Let me know if you think anesthesia was adequate for this procedure. There is a surprisingly large amount of pus in the lesion. Wound culture was obtained to measure antibiotic sensitivity. A big "Thank You" to "Miguel" for allowing us to video his procedure for Youtube. Good Grief Gonzo!! When are you going to start zooming when we need it! Please feel free to submit subtitles in your native language!
