With our dedicated and experienced team we are able to deliver
efficient and quality solution in a Linear & Logical way to meet
the requirement of our customers in a timely fashion keeping in
mind the defined budget to bring them enchanting service that
leave them thirsting for more.
Our greatest strengths lie in the areas of recruiting and accessing good quality
people who add value to our Client organizations. We spend considerable
amount of time and effort researching and adding candidates to our database.
NJ CONSULTANTS will endeavor to shortlist and present candidates for
interview. Client should inform us about the outcome of the interview(s) as soon
as possible.
Our interview, selection and recruitment would cover below mentioned points:-
Detailed brief of the job description, experience and qualification required.
NJ CONSULTANTS will also co-ordinate with the CLIENT and candidates.
If required references can be obtained from candidate’s current and past
employers.
“EVERYONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR QUALITY”
As recruiting and short listing candidates involve considerable
time and resource for which time period will be suitable to both
the Companies. As professional personnel consultants, we shall
represent your interest throughout the term of engagement.
• CLIENT shall not try to contact or hire any candidates recommended by us without
informing or before getting an express permission verbally or in writing by us.
• If in case the candidate’s profile referred by us is already present in Client’s data bank
through other sources or has been interviewed previously; they must inform us within
48 hours otherwise that particular candidate will be considered as NJ CONSULTANTS
candidate.
• If in case we want to end the contract then we would do so by giving one month’s
prior notice.
Professional Charge:
Our professional charges & Replacement Policy will be as under:-
• Per Candidate Will Be Charge Rs. 5000 / 5 K.
• 50% Payment will be done In advance and rest 50% will be done once after completion
of 1 month from the date of Joining of the candidate as per the appointment letter.
• In the event of Resignation by a candidate within 2 months period of joining, we shall
provide a free replacement on intimation by the Company.
• Replacement Policy Will be for 2 Months, As per Single Contract.
• NJ Solutions Will not be Responsible for the Replacement Policy for those candidate
who will not receive their Salary / or of any Salary Dispute.
Each profile sent by NJ CONSULTANTS would be valid for a period of 2 months only.
Although, we will make every effort to screen, assess the skills and will conduct reference
checks on each candidate, we will not be held responsible for or be liable for any acts of
dishonesty, negligence, misconduct or misdeeds on the part of the selected candidate.
