Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5
minutes until the yeast becomes foamy.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the
yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix with a spoon until the dough comes together.
3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes
smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little more flour.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a clean kitchen towel. Let it rise in a
warm place for about 1-2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.

well.

circle or your desired pizza shape.
