 Ensure the proposal, execution, control, deployment, customer training & hand off, warranty support, and closure while meeting all project
objectives. Manage and approve timelines and standards while working independently and collaborating effectively with business heads to
establish and execute on project requirements utilizing Microsoft Office suite including Visio and Project Manager.
 Experienced Business Analysis (BA) functions involve the technical investigation and a strategic analysis of business function and workflows
to key stakeholders and management. Present an organizational analysis model for business process change while outlining the key cost savings
and business functions benefits.
 Over 24 years’experience managing the design &deployment of Data Centers (DC) and DisasterRecovery Centers (DR). 24 years’experience
with physical servers & VMware ESX Hosts, in a VMware High Availability (HA) capacity. Deployment and Management of Operating
System (OS) installations, upgrades and patch management of Window Servers 2008 & 2012 running Exchange, SQL, VMware Virtual
Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Microsoft Office, Electronic Imaging solutions, network based faxing solutions, network based printers, DHCP
& DNS on both physical and virtual servers in a redundant network design.
 Design, implementation, and manage network infrastructure solutions for a redundant DR and Business Continuity Processes (BCP) strategies.
The DR / BCP design utilized Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) solutions over Cisco Routers and Hosts with a VMWare HA cluster, running
Microsoft servers and VDI solution on replicating EMC, HP and Hitachi Storage Area Network (SAN) solutions. Local network backup
strategies utilizes backup solutions attached to either a Network Area Storage (NAS) or Tape drive devices.
 Technical experience consists of build out, consolidation and management of an enterprise DC and DR site. The design, installation,
maintenance, modification, and security of a Microsoft and Novell networks over a Microsoft Active Directory (AD) utilizing Lightweight
Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) & X.500, and the design and management of Replicating and Non Replication SAN over a LAN, MAN,
WAN & Wi-Fi environment employing Cisco Routers & managed network switches.

Operate as a PM to manage the successful deployment of the project life cycle while following Strategic Delivery Framework and as a BA to
provide technical solutions for further enhancement and resiliency for network enterprise solutions. Accountable for all aspects PM practices
