TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. If an IBO repeats his/her PC rank after 12 months,
he/she is entitled for the reward again.
2. If an IBO is already a PC member he/she is
entitled for the trip if he/she repeats the same PC
ranks.
Example: If you are already a 2 STAR you can again
become a 2 STAR and avail the trip.
3. A minimum of 20 PSV is required in that particular
week of Presidential Club.
4. EWPL reserves the right to choose the
country(s),date and day of the TRIP.
5. These trips might be organized as a GROUP
TRIP/RETREAT TRIP.
6. 2 Star PC and 5 Star PC member can avail the trip
with any of their one family member.
7. 10 Star PC and WOW Star PC member can avail
the trip with a family of 2 Adults and 2 Children
including him/her.
8. Not valid during Company Promotion.

46. IMPORTANT POINTERS
1. With the First Order of minimum 5 PSV, an IBO is eligible for weekly cycle bonus(WCB) and matching cycle bonus(MCB) for his/her First Four
weeks.
2. A minimum repurchase of 5 PSV is required to get the Matching Cycle Bonus(MCB), which is valid for 4 consecutive weeks.
3. In order to be eligible for Cycle Bonus and Matching Cycle Bonus, an IBO must have at least one active direct sponsor on left leg and one on right
leg respectively.
4. “First Purchase” is a purchase done in any week from Thursday to Wednesday for the first time by an IBO, any purchase after the first week is
called “Repurchase”.
5. To be an active distributor, an IBO must do a repurchase of minimum 30 PSV within a year.
6. If an IBO does a repurchase between 5 PSV – 29 PSV within a year, his/her distributorship will remain active however all the Sales Volume(SV) will
be flushed out (i.e. volume of LSV:RSV becomes 0:0 after 12th month).
7. If an IBO doesn’t do a repurchase of 30 PSV or more within his/her first year then his/her distributorship will be cancelled within next one month.
8. Any cancelled distributorship can’t be activated under any circumstances. However he/she can sign-up again after a span of 2 months from the
day cancellation.
9. First purchase order can’t exceed a purchase of 800 PSV.
10. Repurchase order in any particular month can’t exceed 200 PSV.
11. Order exceeding the limit will automatically be cancelled and money will be refunded after a deduction of Rs 200 as processing fee.
12. One person (IBO) can’t register as a customer/distributor twice in the company (EWPL/TEI).
(Note: Multiple registrations may lead to cancellation of all the ID’s.)
13. The income of any IBO is solely dependent on his/her and team sales performance and not based on position, purchase or hype of any kind.
14. EWPL is not responsible for any misrepresentation of company/product/plan/people done by an IBO.
15. EWPL/TEI reserves the rights to change the product/plan, T&C etc. without any prior notice.
