History
Incorporated in 2010, Actuate started out as the Civil Works Contractor of two major BPO Solutions
Companies – Diversified Technology Systems Inc. (DTSI) and Anthem Solutions. Quality, cost and the on-
time delivery of past projects have been the strength of Actuate Builders Inc.’s continued presence in
every fit-out project for DTSI and Anthem Solutions.
Since then, Actuate Builders Inc.’s services have evolved from specialized office interior fit-outs, to
general construction. We pride ourselves with the fact that our company has maintained a high level of
workmanship throughout this process, and also that we have significantly expanded our list of projects
and clients. To date, Actuate has participated in resort development, various structural projects, and
also Visayas-based projects.
Actuate Builders Inc. is currently classified as a General Contractor with the Philippine Contractors
Association Board (PCAB). Presently rated as an “A” company, our capabilities cover all facets of
construction such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary, and Fire Protection.
