In fact, it was in the face of adversity that the Kingston Teacher’s Federation (KTF) was introduced to Joseph Fiegoli of National Health Administrators, Inc., who presented a plan that considered new legislation on mental conditions and health coverage for newborns. members or former members of KTF. Because of
its longstanding history of settlement successes,
Hugh Spoljaric, KTF’s president, credited Joseph
E. Fiegoli in a KTF anniversary letter for having
achieved the highest compensation levels for its
members. As KTF and Joe Fiegoli know, with
tenacity and commitment, success can be found
even in the face of adversity.
