How it works
With the new MACSxpress Technology, untouched human
leukocyte subsets can be isolated from up to 30 mL of
anticoagulated whole blood. Non-target cells are removed
by immunomagnetic depletion using MACSxpress Beads.
Simultaneously, erythrocytes are sedimented, yielding
untouched target cells of high purity.
Add reconstituted MACSxpress
Cell Isolation Cocktail to whole
blood.
Incubate sample for 5 minutes
at room temperature using the
MACSmixTM
Tube Rotator.
Place open tube in the magnetic
field of the MACSxpress Separator
for 15 minutes.
Collect the supernatant
which contains the unlabeled
target cells.
