The document provides information about using the past simple tense in English. It discusses how the past simple is used to talk about past events, states, and habitual actions. It explains that regular verbs form the past simple by adding "-ed" and irregular verbs have unique past forms. Examples of using the past simple are provided, along with exercises for learners to practice forming negative and interrogative sentences. The document also covers using reflexive pronouns like "myself", "yourself", etc. when the subject and object of a sentence are the same.
