  obstacles to
    serving
clients, staying
     viable.
Budgets
shrinking, vol
 unteers are
   less/not
available and
 services are
needed more
  than ever.
You want to
  grow new
relationships,
 money and
  resources.
Grow and cultivate relationships to
 bring more money, resources and
help to stretch what you DO have.
Growing
relationships
and
collaborations
is key to
finding more
resources.
The “Cloverleaf”
model targets key
 growth points
between people.
We have a variety
  of ecosystems
 that provide us
  growth points
between people
   or cultivate
development of
 collaborations.
Looking at these
 ecosystems in
 new ways can
  nurture new
    growth.
Integrating how
     these
connections are
made makes the
  experiences
 richer, lusher.

           Events    Synergy, Synchronicity
The four growth
    points are:
Informal, Formal, E
 vents and Needs.
The “Informal”
growth happens
     in casual
  interpersonal
  relationships
such as building
   a friendship.
The “Formal” growth is required for
organizational management, funded
   relationships or due diligence.
The “Events”
   growth is
   cultivated
    through
   scheduled
 appointments
and celebratory
   occasions.
The “Needs” growth involves the
bionetwork that is determined to
be necessary for agency functions
         and flowering.
Each of the four
elements or growth
    areas directs
cultivation, fertilizati
  on, and rotation
activities for optimal
       growth.
Consciously
think of ways
  to cross-
  pollinate.
Looking for
underlying growth
    that isn’t
    otherwise
     obvious.
Cross-cultivate
other contacts
  that would
 benefit from
 this contact.
Establish roots across communities
           and networks.
If we can
    see a
possibility,
   we can
 make it a
   reality.
Cultivating
opportunities for
networking and
collaboration
