Hazelden Betty Ford is the largest non-profit provider for addiction treatment and research in the United States. Twomentor and the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation teamed up to offer a mentorship program for their executive leadership and future leaders (graduates of their internal Leadership Academy Program). The mentorship program kicked off at a two day long senior leadership retreat in July and will run until March 2020. The program has four key goals: 1. Develop supervisors, managers, and directors to be ready for executive positions as the foundation anticipates numerous retirements on their executive team in the coming years; 2. Increase relationships and engagement among the leadership team nationwide; 3. Build and strengthen a multi-generational and diverse workforce; 4. Discuss critical issues as leaders such as burnout & isolation, which permeate the workplace.
