We’re looking for someone who is a natural and driven leader. It means that when something needs to
be done or when you see an opportunity to create positive impact, you shift gear to make it happen –
even if it’s hard, even if it’s not your designated role, even if you’re not sure exactly how you’ll do it. You
take the initiative and say yes before knowing how. Simply put, it’s just who you are.
