help them process, analyzes and research invoices in correct procedure and meet
above 95% invoice accuracy audit.
• Constantly training and help offshore team solve the system issue and vendor’s
questions. Provide full support and customer service for offshore team and HDC
IT group during system upgrade and payment issue solving.
• Build strong relationship with merchant and suppliers. Always have positive
attitude when I face the tough questions and request, never give up until the issue

• Conducts assist and also review various statistical and financial reports for HDC
& Canada payable group. Support the monthly/quarterly sales forecast cycle.
Support the merchandise teams and IPR group to meet the product demand of key

• Performed the Weekly Class Stats tie out which presented issues when a system
upgrade was introduced on the store side and missed sales were identified and had
to be recovered. Worked closely with Sales Audit and RTS_POS group for
resolution.
• Prepares SOX RECS (inventory, Deferred Sales & merchandise payable) to meet
GAAP stand. Prepares several of the quarter end and year end schedules for
KPMG and the Call Book. Researches and resolves all day-to-day problems
related to general ledger items. Works closely with the management group on
issues surrounding the monthly close and reconciliation of the balance sheet.
Review and verifies the accuracy of journals, vouchers and accounting
classifications assigned to records for accurate reporting.
• Use IBM & Access query to run the inventory adjustment file and special fees for
different store. Also use query to make sure the SKU match with the class and
department number for MSOL allocation.
• Use SQL developed access query & table for cash payroll reconciliation after cash
management stop use check free system. Progressed data is very accurate for
finance report.
• Maintain a working knowledge of accounting entries for cash and Treasury
entries with GAAP. Reconciles accounts using judgment to ensure all account
activity is correctly classified. Plans, directs, and coordinates ledger
maintenance, report preparation, and operating/financial statistics.
• Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating
variances; summarizing data, information, and trends. Responds to financial
