Reinforced concrete pilecaps, pad footing, column stumps, ground beams, aprons, ramps and
ground slabs.

200mm x 200mm Precast reinforced concrete piles drive in average 15.0m depth
Metal frame plywood flush door, adjustable lovered window, fixed glass lovered, mild steel roller
shutter and ironmongeries.
Reinforced concrete suspended floor slabs.
Steel truss with 'Monier' concrete roofing tile with double sided aluminium foil laid on fribre glass
insulation and rockwool insulation. Reinforced concrete roof slab with waterproofing membrane
system. G.I. gutter and UPVC rainwater goods.
Reinforced concrete staircase with cement and sand paving trowelled smooth. 900mm High mild
steel balustrades and handrailing.
Guardhouse and Refuse Chamber
Cement and sand plastering with one coat of "SEAMASTER" Arcryseal Alkali Fungus resistant
and two coats of weathershieen Arcrylic, 300x300mm MML glazed homogeneous wall tiles to
canteen; 100mm Thick conceret pavers to assembly hall and drop off; "Superflex" Asbestos free
ceiling board to 3rd floor. Resisting primer sealer and two coats of weather resistant paint.
