  8. 8. So What Happens Next?
  9. 9. They start strong, they ‘shock and awe’ the masses....
  10. 10. And they spend a lot of $$$
  11. 11. They make a lot of money....for a while

  13. 13. But they’ve built a sand castle
  14. 14. After the fan-fare, people stop paying attention
  15. 15. They didn’t have a solid foundation
  16. 16. What could they have done?
  17. 17. Don’t Target The Masses
  18. 18. Start Small
  19. 19. Can you find a small group of people, and create something they fall in love with?
  20. 20. If you can, start like that, start with them, give them your full attention
  21. 21. If you create something they really enjoy, they’ll talk about it
  22. 22. Start a virtuous circle for your product
  23. 23. You can always do the ‘big bang’ later
