1. Margaret didn’t know what to do with her
daughter when she was a teenager. Teenagers
are usually tough to deal with.
Diana was intelligent, but she didn’t get good
grades in junior high because she had a bad
influence from her friends.
Margaret walked for an hour every day in order
to relax. Dealing with Diana got her
very tired.
She didn’t have a husband. He died of hepatitis
before Diana was born; so, Diana didn’t get to
have a father. Margaret and her husband married
11 years before he died. They had a good
marriage; he was patient and understanding.
Hepatitis runs in the family of Margaret’s
husband; therefore, she is afraid her daughter
will inherit it from them.
