Ensuring that staff are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company targets and performance
standards. Responsible for making sure that any gaps in performance or quality are quickly identified and
addressed. Producing accurate reports on team performance for senior managers.. Working within ISO13485
environment. Since January 2015 leading a team of 50+ across 3 shifts and reporting straight to Production
Manager. Playing a key role in thread team responsible for production transfer from Oranmore plant to
Parkmore.
