Twelve years of experience in sales and marketing in the service industry. During that time, I
was exposed to multiple industrial environments; managing a multidisciplinary taskforce
providing service to military and civillian personell. Directed complex projects from concept

PROFESSIONAL WORK OF EXPERIENCE
Apollo Education Group- Guaynabo, June 2005- to date
Enrollment Manager- From March 2014
 Supervised the enrollment team and its processes with full compliance of University
policies.
 In charged of the time and attendance record for payroll adjustment of employees.
Participated in the Recruitment, training and development of employees
 Utilizing problem solving and strong critical thinking skills the team consisting of 9
employees increased their monthly requirements in enrollment metrics during the last
2 years.
 Established Business to Business and Business to Customers community relations
activities to generated leads for the organization.
 Average in recommendations generated per representatives consistently double the
national averages and led the organization to have one of the highest referral
conversions in the Region.
 Prepared forecast and projections on a quarterly basis and made recommendations to
top management to modify the enrollment logistics cycle.
 Validated on a daily basis the team processes and procedures to conform within
organizational compliance policies.
 Provided daily feedback and coaching to team members to adjust any performance
deviations.
 Maintained documentation of all department issues and informed its impact on the
organization.
 Developed the contact lead base management process which contributed with an
increase in 10% (75%-85%) in one year.
 Listened to calls to validate each member of the team is using the standard
conversation process.

Senior Enrollment Representative- June 2005- March 2014
 Gained recognition for best execution at the Performance Excellence Award in the
South East Region Enrollment Retrieve in April 2008.
 Selected by campus leaders to participate in the Top Performance Enrollment
Counselor Training (top up) on June 2008 that helps top performers continue
developing their careers and preparing employees for the next level.
 In 2009 after two years as Enrollment Advisor, I was promoted to Senior Enrollment
Advisor because of the excellent performance changing student's lives helping them
achieve their academic goals.
 Served as a resource for the Puerto Rico campus to coach and mentors others.
 Participated on the Leadership Excellence program (LEAD) after being selected by the
Southeast leaders on October 2008.
 Participated on the Peach Performance Retreat in 2009; after been being selected as
one of the Top 20 percent of the top performance employees; on that same year, I
obtained a place at the Southeast Summit Leadership Retreat.
 In 2010, I was selected one of the Military Certified Advisors that helps military
prospect students enroll at the University.
 Recognized by the Southeast District Vice President Lynn Mulherin; for completing the
Career Progression Plan as a Senior Enrollment Advisor.
 I have proactively served as a resource to provide information necessary to the team on
new group’s creations and other enrollment functions working directly with campus
leadership.
 Recognized by Campus leaders for being one of the Top Performers in Student
Retention, and maintained 73 to 75% of student retention of a lead base of more than
300 active students.
