Establishes yearly SMART Goal to track and record student progress in language proficiency skills and to analyze and reflect upon best practices Advisor, Spanish Honor Society,Wakefield HS, Arlington Public Schools 8/13-PRESENT Oversees bi-monthly meetings of the 50-member society to develop and coordinate service projects that contribute to the Wakefield community and raise money for member scholarships. Directs the Spanish Honor Society Induction Ceremony in Spanish to initiate new members. Promotes the Spanish language and culture through school and community-wide activities. SpanishTeacher, 9-12, Grove City HS, South-Western City Schools, Grove City, OH 8/11-8/13 Created and implemented engaging and challenging lessons for novice Spanish speakers in level I. Integrated songs, dances, videos, games, and competitions to support Spanish acquisition at the novice level.
