Integrity Group is owned by two retired Army and Navy veterans with over 57 years of combined experience in
restaurant operations in every segment of the restaurants industry - QSR brands such as Taco Bell, Krystal, and
Arby’s (becoming the fifth largest franchisee at one point); Fast Casual brands such as Baja Fresh and Flippin’ Pizza;
Casual Dining such as O’Brien’s Irish Pub & Grill and El Vato Tequila & Taco Bar; and Fine Dining such as Dolce Vita,
The Wharf and The Warehouse.
The partners also have experience becoming franchisors with the Flippin’ Pizza concept, which was voted #1 Pizza
in the Washingtonian Magazine in 2009 and made the official pizza of the Washington Nationals at that time. The
partners understand how to leverage the resources available through the brand they are a part of, and also utilize
internal expertise to create and improve efficiencies to maximize returns. The partners are highly-experienced at
building-out markets from scratch with management teams that possess a strong, positive culture with minimal
turnover.
Tampa Joe’s history
The restaurant was established in 2016. In 1973 in the heart of the Midwest, there stood an amazing eatery fre-
quented by local families, sports teams, couples, and businessmen. These folks all gathered together for great fun
and serious food. The name of this magical place was Mr. Joe’s. Some say Mr. Joe’s was the original sports bar. A
gigantic tube TV played constantly, switching between the four snowy channels searching for any sport that might
be playing.
