Being the Project Manager for Aeon Jusco account (International Hypermarket), been actively
involved in Jusco New Store Opening Projects and Jusco Business As Usual (BAU) Projects.
Liaising with more than 5 HP cross functional services specialty teams namely Network,
Windows, Linux, Application, Operation, Helpdesk and etc. for project initialization, planning,
execution, monitoring, controlling and closure.
Managed to setup a process framework for Jusco BAU Projects which in turn cut down project
implementation timeline. This effort directly saving project costing and ensuring project
implementation roll out as per customer business expected timeline.

Appointed as the PM for Ericsson Global account focusing on infrastructure projects. Managing
user expectations with the coordination of HP technical resources residing in Malaysia. Managed
and lead multiple project teams (Windows, Linux, Backup, Netapps, File & DFS, Customer
Access, Print, AD, DNS, DHCP, OVCM and SWSM) to setup and configure servers and hardware
required for Data Room setup in various locations in the world where Ericsson offices situated.
Responsible for UMW UET Windows & Exchange Upgrade Project which supply, install and
configure hardware & related Items (server, upgrade parts, storage, network switches, UPS,
hardware related items: iLO, Data Protector, Acronis and Linux). This includes bundled Windows
& Exchange Installation/Upgrading as per project requirements; setting up new Active Directory
for UMW Group and virtualizing servers for emailing system for nationwide implementation are
also part of the project scope.

Recognized of good project managing skills and thus being assigned to handle global projects
across the globe for key account namely Ericsson and UMW UET for their multiple projects.
Early Career
Project Leader, Maybank Group (Malaysia largest bank), Jan 2007 to March 2010
Started involving in Maybank International Projects by taking part in Maybank TigerHub Project
back in 2006. Maybank TigerHub Project is a Maybank International IT Hubbing Project with the
objective to centralize all Maybank Overseas Units (12 international bank sites) Core Banking
Application based in Malaysia. All the infrastructures will be centralized in Malaysia for one-stop
support e.g. development, testing and production roll-out. I involved in the whole System
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process until the successful roll out of all projects in Maybank
Overseas Branches.
Moving apart from Maybank TigerHub Project, my role in Maybank International, IT has shifted
from project member to project leader. My role focused more on IT Project Management where I
practiced IT Project Management. I was doing the IT budget for new initiatives with the
consideration of minimizing the cost of a project and in the meantime achieving the project
timeline set by management and ensuring the quality of the project implementation.
I did involve in project cost negotiation with vendors, project timeline and resources planning to
make sure all the project implemented fulfilled Maybank IT SDLC requirements. During the onsite
project implementation, I guided internal users for completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
and design the IT network/infrastructure for projects.
Most of my work involves dealing with different vendors namely Silverlake Axis (software vendor),
Infopro (software vendor), Extol (Firewall vendor), CSC (software & hardware vendor), Pt. Perkom
(Indonesia hardware vendor), Orange Business Services (France telecommunications provider),
Datec Limited (Papua New Guinea Network Specialist) and First Cambodia Computer (Cambodia
IT Solution Company).
My job scope also inclusive of supporting and interact with staff from most of Maybank Overseas

List of Major Maybank Overseas IT Projects Handled
1. As the key person involved and led the Maybank ATMs Regional Link Project which has started
in June 2009.
2. Become the Project Leader for Maybank Cambodia Branch Expansion Projects which target to
finish by year 2010 with the roll out of 11 branches in Cambodia.
3. Led a team to successfully implemented Core Banking system and ATMs at the latest branch role
out in Maybank Mao Tse Tung, Cambodia in December 2008, June 2009 and August 2009.
4. Maybank Cambodia ATM (Automated Teller Machine) Services rolled out in September 2008.
5. Core Banking Upgrade Project for Maybank Papua New Guinea worth RM2.4 million which was
completed in January 2008.
6. Disaster Recovery Center setup in various countries consists of Maybank New York, Maybank
Hanoi, Maybank Jakarta, Maybank Papua New Guinea and Maybank Cambodia (2006 – 2008).
7. Maybank TigerHub implementation in Maybank Jakarta covering 2 sub branches from 2006 –
2007.
8. Being the pioneer involved in setting up Maybank’s 2 new overseas branches in Jakarta namely
