Overview
• Communication is the main source to assist an organization in planning a change among the
company. It is very important that certain steps are taken to keep the communication as
effective as possible by giving the right information to share across the board. Setting a
communication plan will allow a company to set up different strategies and tools to make
the company function at 100%. Incorporating change leaders to process the plan will set
good communication skills with employees and bring high quality work techniques.
communication has proven to deliver a powerful chance to assist team or a group in
performing at a pace for them to achieve the goals (Spector 2016). Many organizations have
stumbled over conflicts illustrate by the team member that result into poor communication
skills. How does one demonstrate poor communication skills in a team base environment?
Asking a simple questions like this raising awareness on how to be proactive in the team
setting to interact good communication skills instead of leading down a road of disaster,
poor communication that is.

How to Launch the Communication Plan
• Apple has many resources and tools they can use to get their point of view
out to the employees and customers. With the change of technology, Apple
committee can launch a communication plan by holding a seminar to
introduce some of the changes they will demonstrate over the years to come.
Apple needs to prepare how employees will react to online training instead
of traditional training by placing the communication plan in place.
• Select a key spokesperson to take the lead of the communication plan itself.
• Spokesperson will work or assist other team members to help facilitate the proper
information such as the launch of Apple online training.

How to Launch the Communication Plan
• Team members will have to develop creative ideas to help navigate the plan
for employees to have an understanding of the change.
• Holding an special event at Apple for employees will generate a more
comfortable reaction to the initiative change in the organization.
• Team leaders will need to organize a key person to assign different objectives
to engage the process into effect and set as a team player to make the success
of the online training work.

Technology Tools
• Depending of the funds, Apple is one of the nations leading software supplier for
new gadgets being develop into the new technology. Apple can utilized some of
their own resources to layout the online training process. These tools can consist of
the following:
• Mac computers to all employees to assist with taking the online courses.
• Providing Apple phones to help employees have easy access to the online courses.
• The use of the tools will generate a more complex environment for employees to manage the new
change of online training.
• The use of blogs, change of the company websites, and electronic resources can provide a more
visual and open to discuss communication strategies within the organization (Spector 2016).

Management’s Response
• The organizational change is not an easy concept to capture; however, with the
assistance from management they will be able to communicate an effective method
to make the plan a success. Managers handle communicating effective details to
their employees to help build a profitable organization to increase the intake of
consumers. In some aspects, managers spend more time dealing with the lack of
communication among team members that can result in poor communication skills
as a team to perform the effectiveness strategies. Effective communication is a very
central success to any organization but maintains quality assurance to beat out any
competitors in the company region.

Management’s Response Cont.’
• Some key strategies to test its effectiveness and impact to the organizational
change:
• Formulate surveys to identify areas of improvement (Spector 2016).
• Conduct evaluations to see how employees perform after the completion of the online
training.
• Managers are supposed to present clear expectations for the team members handle each
objective effectively.
• Develop solutions to help create new methods and trends for the employees to practice in
future online training.

Continuous Improvements
• With any changes or updates, it is necessary to provide the proper feedback
to let individuals know if the change was a success or not. Apple team
leaders can review surveys to determine the outcome of the online training.
This will evaluate if the change was a success or a complete failure, and
return back to traditional training. He or she would have handled request and
feedback to support a better solution for employees to understand how the
peak season will function. Some continuous improvements to consider:
• One on one training on how well employees reacted to the change.
• Plan new objectives to instruct employees on the development skills.

Responding to Negative Feedback
• Developing comfortable discussions will allow employees to feel at ease to address
any concerns they may have about the online training. This will cut back on some
rumors being develop which can result in behavior issues among employees. Team
leaders can address issues by conducting a meeting for employees to explain some
of the issues and allow them to discuss options for the new change (Spector 2016).
Things to consider in the transition:
• Create an open environment for employees to freely take their action into plan.
• A team-based environment, these ideas should have been taking into consideration for the team
to work together to end the year with success.
• To solve organization communication problem are making a suggestion box for employees to
drop questions or suggestion before the upcoming meeting.

Producing Organizational Change
• Making a clear communication plan will assist with addressing organizational change
in a company. With this communication plan, Apple will be able to develop new
tasks for employees to endure in future changes. A company should have an
effective organization and system of good communication to guide employees
interacts at a more meaningful level that can lead to unity. And following team
works are very significant in enhancing a beneficial workplace environment. Some
of the things the company should look out for were designated one manager to be
the spokesperson of making sure all communication pushed out correctly. The
producing of the organizational change will be as effective once the proper
measures are taken to ensure the communication of the online training will gain
new purposes. Apple will carry out this plan to open up the benefits on how online
training will be a convenient way to push out new tools.

• “Everyone is not born a great communicator, but most of us can learn” (Smith, 2002,
p.4). Communication is the most important part when distributing effective
information to support your company and educate your employees of
changes in the organization. Scheduling an effective agenda will allow
organization to communicate information properly and timely to make sure
the needs of the company are proficient.

  • 3. How to Launch the Communication Plan • Apple has many resources and tools they can use to get their point of view out to the employees and customers. With the change of technology, Apple committee can launch a communication plan by holding a seminar to introduce some of the changes they will demonstrate over the years to come. Apple needs to prepare how employees will react to online training instead of traditional training by placing the communication plan in place. • Select a key spokesperson to take the lead of the communication plan itself. • Spokesperson will work or assist other team members to help facilitate the proper information such as the launch of Apple online training. 3

How to Launch the Communication Plan • Team members will have to develop creative ideas to help navigate the plan for employees to have an understanding of the change. • Holding an special event at Apple for employees will generate a more comfortable reaction to the initiative change in the organization. • Team leaders will need to organize a key person to assign different objectives to engage the process into effect and set as a team player to make the success of the online training work. 4
  • 5. Technology Tools • Depending of the funds, Apple is one of the nations leading software supplier for new gadgets being develop into the new technology. Apple can utilized some of their own resources to layout the online training process. These tools can consist of the following: • Mac computers to all employees to assist with taking the online courses. • Providing Apple phones to help employees have easy access to the online courses. • The use of the tools will generate a more complex environment for employees to manage the new change of online training. • The use of blogs, change of the company websites, and electronic resources can provide a more visual and open to discuss communication strategies within the organization (Spector 2016). 5

Management’s Response • The organizational change is not an easy concept to capture; however, with the assistance from management they will be able to communicate an effective method to make the plan a success. Managers handle communicating effective details to their employees to help build a profitable organization to increase the intake of consumers. In some aspects, managers spend more time dealing with the lack of communication among team members that can result in poor communication skills as a team to perform the effectiveness strategies.   • 8. Continuous Improvements • With any changes or updates, it is necessary to provide the proper feedback to let individuals know if the change was a success or not. Apple team leaders can review surveys to determine the outcome of the online training. This will evaluate if the change was a success or a complete failure, and return back to traditional training. He or she would have handled request and feedback to support a better solution for employees to understand how the peak season will function. Some continuous improvements to consider: • One on one training on how well employees reacted to the change. • Plan new objectives to instruct employees on the development skills. 8
  • 9. Responding to Negative Feedback • Developing comfortable discussions will allow employees to feel at ease to address any concerns they may have about the online training. This will cut back on some rumors being develop which can result in behavior issues among employees. Team leaders can address issues by conducting a meeting for employees to explain some of the issues and allow them to discuss options for the new change (Spector 2016). Things to consider in the transition: • Create an open environment for employees to freely take their action into plan. • A team-based environment, these ideas should have been taking into consideration for the team to work together to end the year with success. • To solve organization communication problem are making a suggestion box for employees to drop questions or suggestion before the upcoming meeting. 9
  • 10. Producing Organizational Change • Making a clear communication plan will assist with addressing organizational change in a company. With this communication plan, Apple will be able to develop new tasks for employees to endure in future changes. A company should have an effective organization and system of good communication to guide employees interacts at a more meaningful level that can lead to unity. And following team works are very significant in enhancing a beneficial workplace environment. Some of the things the company should look out for were designated one manager to be the spokesperson of making sure all communication pushed out correctly. The producing of the organizational change will be as effective once the proper measures are taken to ensure the communication of the online training will gain new purposes. Apple will carry out this plan to open up the benefits on how online training will be a convenient way to push out new tools. 10
