For the last four years, the Friends of Molo Academy has been hosting the top performers of Molo Academy to a five star hotel in a bid to improve the school's performance.
This year's event was held on 15th May at the prestigious Tribe Hotel in Gigiri (the only Eastern African Hotel to be voted in the Hot List).
As part of the luncheon, the top performers were treated to motivational and career talks about Entrepreneurship by alumni and other renowned business people

3. This is the team that raised our mean score to 10.33 in 2009 from 9.61 in 2007. Molo Academy sent 35 students to campus, up from 26 in 2007 Last year, the school was ranked 6 th in the country alongside national schools. TOP PERFORMERS IN ATTENDANCE

JAMES NGETA, Director, Abbey Comfort Inn Ltd and a host of other businesses, tips the top performers on ‘How to survive in Kenya’ Mr. & Mrs. Ngeta have been Friends of Molo Academy and have committed to paying school fees for two needy students. He built a business empire from scratch, having started by washing cars in Nairobi . He is now Chairman of many boards and is the Nairobi Regional Coordinator for Kenya Red Cross. As the CEO of Sketch Careers, EDWIN MAGANJO is one of the youngest CEOs in the country. He is only 19. His company has won many awards and gained worldwide recognition.
