4. POSITIONS RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the LC towards achieving the organization’s vision,
mission, and strategies
- Setting the strategic direction of the LC
- Representing the LC on a national level
- Is the final responsible for decisions taken at LC level.
- Manages, tracks, and controls the financials sustainability
and legality of LC operations
- Responsible for fulfilment of the LC’s membership criteria
- Ensure that the LC is performing in accordance with the
AIESEC Way, by planning, tracking, and coaching VPs to
guarantee their task are being done in proper way.
LOCAL COMMITTEE PRESIDENT (LCP) LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT
TALENT MANAGEMENT (LCVP TM)
- Manage, coordinate, control, evaluate, execute, and
improve the local strategies and processes for
membership
- Ensure the delivery of impactful, high-quality
experiences to all TM and TL
- Manage the internal communication of the LC
- Implementation of Talent Management Process and
Team Standards
- Ensure the implementation of all HR processes
locally (talent planning and LC Structure,
recruitment, induction, allocation, goal setting,
member tracking, and rewards and recognition)
5. POSITIONS RESPONSIBILITIES
LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE
LEGALITY and ADMINISTRATION (LCVP FLA)
- Lead, plan, execute, control, evaluate, and manage finance
and legal strategy
- Guarantee sustainability in all the activities generating
continuity in the local entity
- Ensure day-to-day financial operations and tracking as well
as to provide the long-term perspective, forecasting and
strategic advising
LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT OUTGOING
GLOBAL VOLUNTEER (LCVP OGV)
- Manage, coordinate, control, evaluate and execute the local
strategies and process for oGV
- Improve the quality and increase of the exchange product in the
external and internal markets
- Develop and track EP process flow (CF & Re integration)
- Product packaging, sale, and delivery
LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT INCOMING
GLOBAL VOLUNTEER (LCVP IGV)
-Manage, coordinate, control, evaluate, and execute the local
strategies and processes for Incoming Global Volunteers
- Market research based on social projects and global issues
- Ensure alignment with the national strategic plan
- Accomplish specific requirements delegated by MCVP iGV
LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING and
COMMUNICATION (LCVP MaC)
- Use of proper IM and communication platforms (email, Podio,
AIESEC Hub, Facbook, Twitter, etc.)
- Ensure Internal communication
LOCAL COMMITTEE VICE PRESIDENT EXTERNAL
RELATION (LCVP ER)
- Develop strategies for promotion of products to target
segment
- Verify constantly brand awareness in each stakeholder
- Ensure clear messages for target segments
- Develop local media partnerships
