3D – management constructor
“A project is a unique set of typical

It’s to call this set as project’s DNA



*Axiom laying in the basis of 3D - management constructor
In the course of planning, the project’s DNA sets individual peculiarities of what we get
in result, including not only all our strong points, but our future mistakes as well.
Then, the project’s DNA provides accomplishment (development, progress and
completion) of the project.
3D – management constructor –
is a complex three-dimensional model of
management aimed to serve the process
of decision-making, by carrying out
distribution and control functions
It’s planned to design it in the form of a certain
IT-system permitting project, process, system
building in the form of the management three
dimensional model.

This systems is to represent the typical
managerial patterns (of decisions, actions)
database which can be filtered, structured on
the early first steps, to get in result dimensional
model of management through a project,
process, or system lifecycle.
Why Constructor?
It’s real to construct any object of management:
- project
- process
- system…

Each object of management is built up from typical cells,
each of them being filled with a set of standard
situations and decisions in management. And we get
access to these or those managerial decisions,
depending on the taken object’s assemblage
configuration.

permitting to see maximal amount of logical
intersections and interdependencies between them:
- x axis. It displays management levels

   models, displayed on the timeline

And specify the set of parameters of the high-level model:

- what’s done o our own (engage contractors)
- we are Customer (executors)…

  • 2. “A project is a unique set of typical actions (decisions)” * It’s to call this set as project’s DNA *Axiom laying in the basis of 3D - management constructor
  • 3. In the course of planning, the project’s DNA sets individual peculiarities of what we get in result, including not only all our strong points, but our future mistakes as well. Then, the project’s DNA provides accomplishment (development, progress and completion) of the project.
  • 4. 3D – management constructor – is a complex three-dimensional model of management aimed to serve the process of decision-making, by carrying out distribution and control functions
  • 5. It’s planned to design it in the form of a certain IT-system permitting project, process, system building in the form of the management three dimensional model. This systems is to represent the typical managerial patterns (of decisions, actions) database which can be filtered, structured on the early first steps, to get in result dimensional model of management through a project, process, or system lifecycle.
  • 6. Why Constructor? It’s real to construct any object of management: - project - process - system… Each object of management is built up from typical cells, each of them being filled with a set of standard situations and decisions in management. And we get access to these or those managerial decisions, depending on the taken object’s assemblage configuration.
