2. INTRODUCTION
Basically now days cost of living is going to the peaks , because of this
the middle and lower class people are facing the lot of problems,
especially at when it comes to houses most of the indians are living in
rent .
But in major cities like mumbai , hyderbad, bengaluru the cost of the
houses for rent is almost their 20-30 % of their salary with this they are
facing the so many problems.
3. PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION
The problem is that most of the normal people are facing
problems when they went to new cities, towns in finding homes for
temporary staying .
On the other hand NRI’s who are living in other countries are
unable to deal(looking after) with their properties in India .
So our project is to help both the communities by finding a
innovative solution.
4. SOLUTIONS
We have created a platform where the people who want homes for
staying when went to new places can search their affordable
homes in the places they want through the app and they can apply
the houses for rent .
NRI's can post their homes in the app and can collect the rent
from the people through app.
Although the major part are NRI's but anyone can post their
houses for rent in the app.
5. Market Size & Opportunity
There are so many rental platforms in the market like Magic
Bricks, NoBroker ,Nestaway.
But the platform what we are creating is completely different .With
this there is a scope of long run .
Our app is different from other apps in the way of providing
facilities like laundary,cleaning etc...
Other thing is that our rents are low and the way of paying the
rent is different from others.

As we say previously we are having the competitors like magic bricks ,99
acers .
There are differences between their platforms and our platform , in that
people can buy the houses ,where we are giving for rent only. They are
not providing the facilities like laundry, AC cleaning and some more,but
when the people living in the house for rent having the facility to get it
our app.
But there is a major difference that is no company that giving the lands
and houses of NRI’s through single app ,and that will happen in our’s.
