Tomorrow’s Vision of
Technology
Year 2027, It’s Coming!
Presented by: LaFaye Wales
Expand
YOUR Mind
Introduction
Technology is all around us. We use technology to control the
world we live in. To be able to maneuver the world on a
whole another level. Also an extraordinary machinery to
make our lives easier and better. Technology has nearly taken
over the planet. Everything people do, perform, and socialize
involves the use of technology. Earth as we know today, will
be changed forever in the next 10 years! The more advance
technology becomes, there are greater technology will shape
our world. So what does that mean for us?
Next Future
Transportation
The Future of your Transportation
Motorsport Nike air Gliders will be
the future pair of tennis
People will be able to access the city
with some sensational high-tech
sneakers. You’ll be able to fly to work,
home, and out of the city.
During the summer, hover boards will
become less popular and vehicles will
be less on the roads from being
replaced with supersize gliders.
The Future of Spy
Technology“Pillow Talk”
I know it sounds crazy but, if you ever
wanted to catch your partner or
someone doing something there
aren't suppose to. There will be spy
tech pillows that allows you to:
• Connect to someone else’s dreams
and monitor and record their next
moves
• Measure their heart, pulse, and
breathing rate
• Thoughts will be transmitted inside
the pillow into the small chip built
inside
• Built-in aux cord plug and USB
connectivity
• Removeable chip
Education for the Future
• Homeschooling is becoming more widespread than ever. People are
beginning to ignore the myth about how teachers being much qualified
than parents to teach. But the question is, will STUDENTS be more
qualified than the teachers?
• Children’s knowledge is increasing more and more everyday.
Technology is getting smart and smarter everyday. Our Androids and
iPhones will help children lead the way. Smartphones are outpacing
humans literacy level.
• According to a 2016 report by Ofcom, 41% of 5 to 15-year-olds own a
smartphone, while 44% of 5 to 15-year-olds own a tablet. This number
increases to around 90% for people aged 16 to 24.
• In 10 years Student Mobile learning will be the future way of educating
K-12.
• A number of Public and Charter schools will drop,
• Children provide themselves the individual attention that they need
and be able to explore and learn what is not taught in common
education through an app that includes all the subjects such as (math,
science, social studies, language arts, etc)
• Even for the college students, there will be tremendous changes in
Institutions.
• Study reveals that 92%, which is a vast majority use smartphones on
campus; 72% operate on their laptops, 23 % use tablets. Coincidentally,
53% of students responses came from their mobile device (iOS or
Android phone/tablet) when taken the survey, (Campus Technology
College Students Education For The Future
• ).
Uses And Gratification Theory
• Which can explain why students tend to use their Smartphone as a
educational tool for personal pleasures and needs. Its been said, that
students can be more favorable of their mobile devices over teaching
in class. Also, feel to believe that Smartphone's boosts academic
performance and achievement.
• According to CBS news webpage, it inserts “Research suggests mobile
devices can be a boon to educators if managed properly”.
Future City life
Because crime rate is so heavily in the U.S. The
environment will place stricter laws and since
weapons (guns) will not be prohibit, an additional
surveillance camera sensor. Will be the smallest
camera known, but you’ll be able to enlarge and
gather significant amount of storage
This will change people’s safety forever!
“Concrete sensors” that will be placed around the cities.
Little tiny sensors that will be placed inside the cracks of
the concrete to ensure safety. Very sensitive sensor to
monitor people’s movements, how often stepped into
that area. Speed and connectivity will be so
phenomenal, it will reveal all you need to know in less
than 2 seconds.
• Homes, businesses, schools, and churches will be more
secured and monitored
• Targets potentially suspicious people; reveals the
identity and record of previous criminals/terrorist
Media System Dependency Theory
•This theory was Developed in 1976 by Sandra Ball-Rokeach and Melvin
Defleur
•It illustrates the way that media influences the lives of individuals.
• States that there is an abundant variation of how society has
become dependent on social media, and wit
This is important for the future because the more desirable an
innovation is, the more people will enjoy and buy it. Also, it will
continue to be used in the future. Technology will be so limitless and
the dependency rate will increase tremendously.
