provide support and respite care to families.

implementing Family Support program, Respite program, Summer Camp
program, Saturday Camp program, SHARE program, documentation
process, and team planning. Set and maintain goals to work with families
and individuals.
Assist in the responsibility to monitor care of program budgets, analyses
and other program indicators. Deliver accurate writing and implementation
of PCSP and BSP documentation. Ability to meet TURN and DSPD
policies and standards.

developmental disabilities that included but were not limited to: traumatic
brain injury, cerebral palsy, mental retardation and autism. Caseload
included an average of 22 people with disabilities.

Managed client’s health needs and safety of life. Representative payee
for six individuals.
Worked toward goals and participated with individuals while living
independently, in group homes, attending day program activities, and
community access.
Training included SOAR, Level 1, CPR, First Aid, and Traumatic Brain
