If you are worried about making sure you are protected legally

This service offers you advice on compliance, ensures
optimum market rent is achieved, finds and references your
tenants and offers the security of protection through compliant

MARKETING ONLY SERVICE
You may be more than happy to carry out every element of
letting out your property – from viewings to compliance, to
leases, management and maintenance...however, you may wish
to reach a wider pool of tenants above and beyond those which
classified ad sites have to offer.
The more targeted and professional portal sites are subscription
based, but we are happy to use our portals to advertise your
property on your behalf and field all enquiries directly to you to
action accordingly.
VOID MANAGEMENT
Are you concerned about a property you own lying empty for a
length of time? Perhaps you live at an inconvenient distance,
abroad or don’t have any relatives nearby who can periodically
check up on it. Does your insurance policy stipulate regular

MAINTENANCE COVER
We have invested in a highly comprehensive yet easy-to-use
24/7 online repair reporting system managed by our in-house
trained and experienced tradesperson to help protect your
property around the clock. In over 40 languages our tenants can
easily and accurately report their maintenance issues which we
deal with promptly to avoid unnecessary deterioration. On top of
this we also have a 24/7 emergency number for ‘out of hours’
peace of mind.
A benefit of our ‘Full Management Contract’ is the automatic
enrolment onto our Initial Response service. This has the dual
benefit of keeping your costs down as a Landlord and keeping
your tenants happy!
