Track Immigration Service you just sail through. The separate security check is a breeze with Fast Track Service as well. You won't feel like
cattle being processed through the slaughterhouse. Also it is very helpful to be escorted direct to your driver, and so avoid touts.

Track Immigration Service for:

VIP Welcome Fast Track in
Immigration Service
This service offers a dedicated channel through the immigration
process, reducing the amount of time taken to exit the
airport and providing an unforgettable travel experience.
Upon arrival, a dedicated uniformed Personal Assistant will greet
you at the air-bridge with your name on a welcome sign and escort
you to the passport control counter. Your Fast Track immigration
formalities will be processed speedily, without the need for you to pass
through normal Immigration channels. We will handle your luggage
and personal belongings and accompany you to gate to meet either our
driver or that of your chosen hotel.
Upon departure, our Personal Assistant will again
Greet you and assist you with check-in for your flight. We have
coordinated arrangements with passport control to expedite processing.
As you wait for your flight to depart, our staff will provide a trolley for
your hand luggage. Thirty minutes prior to departure.
Your personal assistant will escort you to your departure gate.

2. International terminal to Domestic Terminal
Note:
 Please to be informed the departure is vice versa.
 Minimum connecting time (MCT) required at
Suvarnabhumi Airport is at least 2 hrs.
(For your convenience and comfort).
However, MCT required between
some carriers may vary.

A dedicated uniform Personal Assistant will greet you at
the air-bridge with your name on a welcome sign and
escort you to your connecting flight, and/or whisk you to
the passport control counter at Immigration section. This
service includes Meet and Greet with no queue needed
at Immigration section.

Visa On Arrival Service

**Normally, it takes more than 2 hours for this process.
We are here to help you speed up this process to be within 15 - 30
hour.
A Dedicated Uniformed Personal Assistant will greet you at
the air-bridge with your name on a welcome sign, and escort
you to the passport control counter/ Immigration Section.
The service includes Meet, Greet, and no queue needed at
immigration. We will handle your belongings and
accompany you to our waiting transport or that of your hotel
Representatives / Guide at gate.
Visa on Arrival service must be applied for passengers who
are from the list below:
Bhutan,China,Cyprus,Czech,Estonia,Hungary,India,Kazakstan,
Latvia,Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Maldives, Mauritius, Poland ,
Saudi Arabia, Slovak,Slovenia,Taiwan and Ukrane
* The list of the countries as above can be changed because
of the regulation at the airport.

Availability only on departure or in Transit (inter to
inter only )
with comfortable seating, complemented with light
refreshment, fresh fruit, both alcoholic and non-
alcoholic drinks. To release the stress of a long flight,
our VIP Lounge is also equipped with shower
facilities and Massage chairs. Internet Wi-Fi
connection, newspapers and magazines in various
languages are also available to all VIP Lounge Guest.
