2 Sachets of Yeast ( 7 grams each )
4 Cups of Plain Flour
2 Teaspoons of Sugar
1 Cup of Warm Water
2 Tablespoons of Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
4 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
80 Grams of Cheddar Cheese ( Grated )
180 Grams of Mozzarella Cheese
(Grated)
2 Cutting Boards
2 Knives
2 Pizza Trays
Rolling Pin

Method
1- Preheat oven to 200c
2- Wash and Chop Capsicum
3- Wash, Peel and Chop Mushrooms
4- Chop Bacon and Salami
5- Strain Pineapple Into Glass Cup
2. 6- Once Flour is Compacted, Sprinkle Four on Bench And Knead Flour Dough
for 5mins (Fold, Press and Turn)
7- Once Silky Smooth, Divide into 2 Bases, Roll out Evenly
8- Prick Air Holes into Bases with a Fork
9- Bake at 200c for 5mins
10- Mix 4 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste and 2 Teaspoons of Garlic into a small bowl
11- Spread 2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste Mix on Each Base with the back of
a Spoon
12- Add thin layer of Cheddar Cheese onto each base
13- Add Veggies and Meat onto base followed by a thick layer of Mozzarella

14- Bake for 15-20mins
15- Cut, Serve and Enjoy
