foods , whole foods , and sometimes vegetarian or
dietary supplements . Such products are sold in
health/organic sections of supermarkets .

content due to fats and sugar and low
nutritional value .
A portion of the recipe may therefore be devoid
of any nutritional , but the preparation will have
an attractive appearance . Overconsumption of
junk food can lead to malnutrition .
