2. Dream-catcher
In some Native American cultures,
a dreamcatcher or dream catcher
(Ojibwe: asabikeshiinh, the inanimate
form of the word for "spider",[1]
Lakota: iháŋbla gmunka) is a
handmade willow hoop, on
which is woven a net or web.
The dreamcatcher may
also include sacred
items such as certain
feathers or beads.
3. I work with dreams.
People´s dreams.
And their business dreams.
21. And use it to compare it to the
ideal state we want to
achieve.
22. We should measure results in a very SMART way:
Specific
Measurable
Agreed upon
Realistic
Time-related
23. Let´s tune up into clear and
frequent communication,
to explore the tasks we have
ahead of us.
24. A series of interactions
with specific goals in mind,
more efficiently held
on a face-to-face,
discussion format.
25. Now we must set up the building
blocks of our coaching plan.
With a strong foundation, we can
build every step to the top with
discipline and focus.
26. But let me tell
you something:
There is a little secret to
reaching to the top…
27. It is so powerful that it might
appear as if it were:
28. What´s the secret to blossoming your potential…
to manifest your purpose, mission and vision?
31. Now that you know the little
secret to reaching to the top…
32. Spread it to the world…tell people
about what you´re born to do!
And make sure you explicit
the value in it for them.
33. The best reward of a coach is to
witness your success.
Not the discardable, short-lived
kind.
Celebrate!
34. But the kind that reveals
a purpose has come to life.
And that the dreamer has
bridged ideas into reality.
And that it has made people
and business converge into
making reality better.
