Repeatability In Your Business
The framework is set up of 5
fundamental questions about
your business.
They are:
1. Who is my customer, what are
they buying, and why?
2. How do I create value and
ultimately revenue?
3. What do I do now and next?
4. Is what I’m doing working?
5. What’s my plan?
Once you have all these pieces,
you’ll begin to think of your
business as one cohesive model.
By talking to customers on a
regular basis, you will come to
know of their problems.
With this, your company can
come up with effective solutions
for addressing those problems.
With a good plan and strategy laid
out about customer and product
growth, a subscription-based model
might be a great option for your
company.
