( CEMENT PLANT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE)
Total maintenance & spares planning of Limestone crusher gypsum crusher and additive crusher to ensure trouble free
operation of whole section aiming zero breaks down. Overall maintenance of Limestone crusher (1200 TPH), gypsum crusher
(150TPH), additive crusher (500TPH) and its auxiliary equipments like stacks, reclaimers, belt conveyors, weigh feeders, bucket
elevators, screw conveyors, rotary feeders, Bag filters, different Gearboxes etc. Having solid experience in spared planning of
Lime stone crusher, gypsum crusher, additive crusher, stackers, Reclaimers and its auxiliary equipments.
MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENTS:
Like bucket elevators, Belt Conveyors, Deep pan/Bucket Conveyors, Drag chain conveyors, Mass flow conveyors, Screw conveyors, Air
slides. Pollution control equipments like ESP (electrostatic precipitator) and bag filters/Dust collectors etc.
Over hauling of worm reducer, helical & planetary gearboxes.
Overhauling of different equipments of cement plant like heat exchangers, Hydraulic cylinders, Rotary actuators, Girth gear

Overall Responsibilities as an area Engineer mechanical maintenance, for 2Nos. of vertical mills system to grind the cement at
60 tons/hours. (al-mabrooka cement plant IRAQ)
Over all preventative/breakdown and shutdown maintenance jobs along with spare parts planning to smooth running and zero
breakdown of the vertical mills with its auxiliaries like screw conveyors, air slides, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, apron
conveyors weigh feeders etc.
MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS:
Stacker boom belt conveyor change with hot-vulcanization.
All chain drive replaced with direct drive thus reduced maintenance cost, increased equipment availability.
Belt conveyor chutes modified with spoon type chutes to reduce fugitive dust emission.

3. Chain type bucket elevator replaced with belt type bucket elevator.
Adopted why-why analysis concept compulsory to find route cause of any problem then avoiding repetitive problems.
Education & training to works about sectional equipments to increase morale of workers.
Installed high efficiency fans whenever possible to reduce power consumption.
End joining of non-metallic expansion joints.
Provided brass seal to maximum fans to increase fan efficiency by avoiding false air entry through fan shaft, witch reduces

Fixing of slim seal butter fly valve in place of mechanical dummy to change over the fan to avoid manpower time loss

plant Saudi Arabia) with central drive system.
Over all preventative/breakdown and shutdown maintenance jobs along with spare parts planning to smooth running and
zero breakdown of the ball mills with its auxiliaries like screw conveyors, air slides, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, apron
conveyors, air separators (O-Sepa) etc.
KILN and Raw Mill Experience:
Overall responsibility of KILN and Raw Mill(Ball Mill Type) as a Plant Engineer
2500 T/D KILN capacity with reciprocating cooler in Al-Gharbia cement Plant Saber, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Over all Preventive maintenance/ break down jobs of KILN and Raw Mill.
1200T/D capacity of Raw Mill (Ball Mill Type) with Girth Gear Type.
