Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) is a national non-profit that has made
ground-breaking progress developing the next generation of African American, Hispanic
and Native American leaders in major corporations, non-profit organizations and
entrepreneurial ventures.

** Note - An official GMAT score is NOT required for admission
What is Required:
1. Identify as an under-represented minority
Identify as Black/African-American, Latino/a, Native American, or a
combination with any of the aforementioned identities.
2. Work Experience
Applicants must have at least one year of post-grad work
experience by December 31, 2009.
3. Achievement
Applicants must have solid academic standing and a bachelor's
degree. Applicants must also have demonstrated leadership ability
and motivation in their extracurricular activities.
4. Commitment
Applicants must be willing to commit significant time and energy to
the 16 month program.
5. US Citizenship
MBA Prep is open to US Citizens and Permanent Residents.

do you feel that now is the right time

MBA? Be sure to address why you
believe that MBA Prep to be a good
fit for you. (400 words max)
Essay Question 2: What are you
most passionate about personally
and professionally? Include any
specific examples of life experiences
that have demonstrated that
passion. (300 words max)
Essay Question 3: Is there
anything else that you would like to
tell us about yourself? What will be
your biggest challenge in meeting
the requirements during the
program? Is there anything that may
affect your performance during the
program (e.g. the need for special
accommodations, planning a
wedding within the next year,
extensive travel plans, caring for a
parent or child)? (300 words max)
