At the end of 2020, the Company had more than 4,500 stores in nine countries, four e-commerce sites, and approximately 320,000 Associates. In the US, they operate T.J. Maxx and Marshalls (combined, Marmaxx), HomeGoods, Sierra, Homesense, and their accompanying websites. About Our Students SuitUp All Stars are individual students that have signed up to compete in a competition independently. These students often participate due to the value that they feel it adds when given the chance to interact with their coaches, judges, and other volunteers.

Business Case Challenge Through SuitUp, volunteers from The TJX Companies and SuitUp All Stars participated in a SuitUp business competition in which they created a new app that supported young and emerging employees beginning their career Volunteers coached students in various departments before helping them pitch to judges for a cash prize. TJX’s Impact SuitUp asked students if The TJX Companies’ SuitUp competition made an impact on their future career choice. 75% of students said that engaging with the volunteers influenced their career choice and now they can see themselves using skills such as communication, teamwork and public speaking. Students are now interested in exploring the following fields: Business Administration / Entrepreneurship 75% Education 25% Media/Public Relations 25% STEM 25% Other 25%
