3. • We all may have different abilities, Interests and lifestyles, goals, values, beliefs, jobs/
professions and expectations.
But one thing is common:
We want to be Happy
• No scale to measure happiness
• Good pt We don’t need to measure happiness
• But we are not usually happy, why ?
• Because lvl of anxiety, stress, loneliness and depression in the time we are living , have
escalated”

blameless life or being in the right place at the right time. Happiness is not given to you,
we can not expect someone else to make us happy, we cannot wait for the stars to align

• Happiness comes from identifying what is important in our lives, in Different areas of our
lives, our work, our relationships, our hobbies and interests, our health and having aims
and purpose in those areas.
• Rather than waiting to be happy, we can learn to be happy.
• Feelings about our past should not destroy our present. Done is done , it cannot be
charged – But what can we change is what we do next.
• Being happy – living according to our values , having goods, doing what is important to
us and has meaning for us.

Give them time and space to be unhappy.
Have empathy – To realize that they are having a hard time.
Don’t think you can make someone talk to you.
