Managed global IT Infrastructure projects for NOKIA application migration from CMO DC to FMO DC.
Handover of service delivery model between ATOS to HPE. Transition & Transformation program from 15 global DC to 4 new
clustered DC in 4 regions "US, India, Europe, China" having remote DR. Self-service cloud utility that automatically provisions new
virtual servers and changes within hours. As a Project Manager handling for day to day operation and communication on EMEA
hours. Prepared infrastructure related SOP documents called Runbook. Manage Change & Incident Management process.
Managed Government Of Maharastra Mumbai election IT Projects, End-User Operations and Billings. Managed team size
of 30 engineers. Managed day to day service level operations and escalations, technical SOP write-up and monitored SLA.
Leaded multiple IT Infrastructure projects offering sustainable and operational support to key clients in the Product
