5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS FOR
THE INTRODUCTION OF STAFF
1. Consultation Fee will be as per the market standards i.e. 8.33% on Gross
Annual CTC what you Offer to the selected candidate.
*Annual CTC includes both taxable & non-taxable benefits excluding any variable pay (for
e.g. Profit Linked Reward Scheme, Performance linked incentives etc.) for recruitment to
each of the positions mandated by the Company.
2. Pay service tax as per Government of India norms (Currently at 12.36% of
the total invoice value)
3. The invoice would be raised on the day candidate joins and the payment
should be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
4. In the event of terminating the Engagement of any applicant by the Client
within 90 days after the commencement date of employment with the client,
(except where the applicant was made redundant by the Client) we will give
one free replacement.
* The Client notifies the Company in writing within 7 days of termination and all monies
due from the Client have been paid in accordance to the above Terms and Conditions of
Business. Should the Client or any subsidiary or associated company of the Client
subsequently re-engage the applicant within the period of 12 calendar months from the date
of termination; a full payment in accordance to the above mentioned fee and terms shall be
paid to the company
