I am a senior IT professional, Agile coach (15 years) and Project manager (25 years), with experience in public and private sectors, enterprises and startups, in the UK and Europe. I’m comfortable managing concurrent large scale projects and have led IT departments with full budgetary authority. I am multilingual and articulate. I strive to make work better. I mean this both in terms of increasing value to the business (delivery focus) and in making the work better for the people who are delivering that value. I found Lean and Agile principles to be helpful guides in achieving that, and continue to invest in my education in that spirit.
