No longer “MAKING A PLAN AND STICKING TO IT” ; now “SET A DIRECTION AND TEST IT”
- This is about the work… what do we do that is essentially important and would cease to happen if we didn’t exist. What is it that we do that matters and is unique (no one else doing it). What in literacy would not happen?
