Hearbeat of the Church
Oh the church, she lives on.
Though she is from an era far bygone.
Its members keep it alive.
Spreading it's word with unparalleled drive.
Evangelizing, it is the duty of the lay.
Keeping the church alive by showing others the way.
Through Pen and Paper, through video.
Through word of mouth, through many types of audios.
Because of them the Church has grown.
Through them, Christ makes himself known
They pledge their faith to the Almighty.
Now they introduce Him to the those of today's society.

Explanation:
The Poem explains that because of the
Lay's duty to evangelize and introduce
others to Church in hopes that they will join
their mission, they have become the
"heartbeat" of the Church. The lay is likened
to a heartbeat because they keep the
Church alive, much like how our heart
beating pumps blood through our body,
keeping us alive.
Prayer:
Dear God, please give me the strength and
courage to introduce the world to you. I
want to help in your saving mission and
Guide others like you guide me. I thank you
for the talents you have given me, i will use
them in order to aid in my evangelizing
mission. Amen.
